Payment & Insurance

We accept the following forms of payment:

Private Pay

We currently offer private pay rates, which means we do not bill insurance for services rendered, and you (the patient, patient’s guardian) will be responsible for covering the cost of therapy. Patients can pay via check, credit card, and/or cash. We can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance. Most insurance companies will reimburse 50-90% of costs. Contact us regarding our discounted rates.
